Microscope model
This project presents a meticulously crafted microscope model, produced using 3D printing. Two different 3D printers were used during the production – detailed parts were printed on the Asiga Ultra, while larger parts were produced on the Phrozen MEGA 8K V2. The entire model is made from high-quality BASF RG1100 Black material, ensuring its durability and longevity.
The model was thoroughly processed, including hand sanding, filling, and painting, which ensured its precise and professional appearance. The result is a representative piece that faithfully depicts the original Delong Instruments product and is ideal for presentation.
A key feature of this model is its modularity – the individual parts are removable, allowing for easy extraction, replacement, or modification as needed. For increased stability and strength, an aluminum structure was integrated into the model.
