Precise manufacturing of the cover with a focus on durability

For Digiteq, we developed a cover for printed circuit boards that not only perfectly matches the company’s colors but also meets high demands for durability and functionality. Using 3Dresyns ABS material and the Asiga PRO 4K printer, we achieved the necessary strength to protect delicate electronic components. The cover consists of two parts and was specially designed to withstand cracking when snapped onto the board. An essential part of the process was the UV printing, where we applied white text for clear and durable labeling.
